First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at 121 people who had surgery for Cushing's syndrome (a condition where the body makes too much cortisol). Researchers wanted to see if the size of the remaining adrenal gland could predict how long patients would need steroid replacement therapy after surgery. The findings may help doctors plan better follow-up care.
