New drug hopes to help failing hearts after bypass

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called ADR-002K in 50 people with heart failure caused by blocked heart arteries who are having bypass surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can improve heart function and reduce heart problems over two years. Participants will have regular heart scans to check how well the heart is pumping and healing.
