First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether injecting a man's own fat-derived cells into the penis could help with erectile dysfunction after prostate removal. 70 men who had poor erections for over a year after surgery took part. Half received the cell injection, half got a placebo. All had a small liposuction to harvest the cells. The main goal was to see if erectile function scores improved after 12 months.
