Summary

This study tests a drug called adimanebart in healthy adults to see how much of it gets into the bloodstream and how body weight affects that process. Participants receive a single dose either by IV or as an injection under the skin. Researchers will measure drug levels over time and check for side effects.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
adimanebart
What this could lead to
Results could help determine the best dose and injection method for future studies of adimanebart in patients.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase study in healthy volunteers, not patients, so findings may not predict effects in people with the target disease.
