New triple-drug combo targets hard-to-treat leukemia

Summary
This early-phase study tests adding an experimental drug (ADI-PEG 20) to two standard leukemia medicines (venetoclax and azacitidine) for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to find the safest dose of the new drug and see if the combination helps control the disease. About 38 participants with either relapsed or untreated high-risk AML will take part.
