Summary
This study aims to develop and test a program where trained family navigators support caregivers of minority children with ADHD to improve treatment adherence. The program focuses on helping families stick with medication and behavioral therapy. The study involves about 108 participants, including caregivers, clinicians, and navigators, and will measure satisfaction, usability, and treatment outcomes.
