New drug combo aims to stop blood cancer relapse after transplant

Summary
This study is for people with high-risk blood cancers (AML, MDS, CMML) who are getting a donor stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if adding the drug venetoclax to standard transplant preparation and to post-transplant maintenance therapy is safe and can help prevent the cancer from coming back. About 102 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
