Summary
This study tested whether adding an individually adjusted therapy scale to standard treatment could reduce craving intensity in people with substance use or behavioral addictions. 151 adults seeking outpatient care participated. The approach aimed to help clinicians tailor treatment based on each person's unique triggers.
