This study tested a drug called ADCT-301 in people whose blood cancer (AML, MDS, or related conditions) came back after a stem cell transplant. Only 3 people took part before the study was stopped early. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can help achieve remission. Risks included low blood cell counts, weight loss, and a rare nerve condition called Guillain-Barre syndrome.
