Summary

This study tests whether personalized, step-by-step treatment plans can help adults with opioid use disorder stay on buprenorphine longer after an emergency visit. About 500 participants will be assigned to different treatment strategies to see which works best. The goal is to reduce overdose and improve long-term recovery.
