Summary
This study aims to adapt the Action Falls programme, originally designed for care homes, to help older adults receiving home care avoid falls. Researchers will observe home care visits and interview older adults, their families, and care workers to understand what changes are needed. The focus is on rural and coastal communities in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. A future study will test the adapted programme.
