Summary
This study tested a 10-week adapted physical education program for 46 adolescents with mild intellectual disability. Half followed the special program, while the other half continued their usual school activities. The goal was to see if the program could improve muscle strength and endurance, which are often lower in this group and can affect daily life and health.
