Summary
This study looked at whether a recreational ballet program called Ballet for all Kids can help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) improve their motor skills. 32 children aged 6-12 with ASD participated in the program for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in coordination, balance, and movement skills to see if dance offers benefits similar to those seen in children without autism.
