Summary
This study aims to better understand and diagnose two rare conditions where the body does not respond properly to thyroid hormone. Researchers will study 150 participants, including newborns and people with unexplained symptoms, using blood tests, genetic analysis, and lab-grown cells. The goal is to develop faster diagnosis tools and better ways to monitor the disease over time.
