Summary
This study tests the drug adalimumab in 30 Chinese children aged 4 to 17 with severe plaque psoriasis that hasn't responded to creams or light therapy. The main goal is to see how many children achieve at least a 75% improvement in their psoriasis symptoms after 16 weeks of treatment. The study will also track safety and long-term effects over 52 weeks.
