Summary

This study tested whether an intranasal immunomodulator called AD17002 can help people with poorly controlled moderate to severe eosinophilic asthma. Forty adults self-administered the spray or a placebo twice a week for six weeks. Researchers measured lung function, rescue inhaler use, and safety to see if the treatment improves asthma control.
