New cell therapy aims to tame lupus and scleroderma

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for autoimmune diseases like lupus and scleroderma. It combines a special immune cell therapy (AD-PluReceptor NK cells) with a targeted drug (tafasitamab) and chemotherapy. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can control the disease. About 47 adults will take part.
