Summary
This study looks at how often acute kidney injury (AKI) happens in people while they are in the hospital. Researchers will review medical records of 43,000 patients to find out how common AKI is, which hospital units have the most cases, and how AKI affects recovery and survival. The goal is to better understand the problem so hospitals can improve care.
