Virtual reality workouts: do they really make a difference?

NCT ID NCT07101341

First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at how different types of exercise—like steady cardio and high-intensity interval training—affect your heart, blood pressure, and fatigue, both with and without virtual reality goggles. Researchers will have 45 healthy adults aged 18-35 try each exercise style once and measure their body's reactions. The goal is to see if adding VR changes how hard the workout feels or how the body responds.
