First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special acupuncture protocol to a short mindfulness program helps military members and veterans feel less stressed and healthier. 86 participants were split into two groups: one got acupuncture plus mindfulness, the other got mindfulness alone. Researchers measured stress levels and sleep quality to see if the combination worked better.
