Summary
This study tests whether ear acupuncture, combined with mindfulness therapy, can reduce emotional distress in 66 active-duty service members and veterans with PTSD. Participants receive tiny ear needles that fall out naturally and learn relaxation techniques like yoga and breathing exercises. The goal is to see if this approach improves mood, sleep, alcohol use, and pain.
