Ancient needles meet modern medicine: can acupuncture speed lung recovery?

Summary
This study is testing whether adding acupuncture to standard recovery care helps people breathe better and feel less pain after lung surgery. It will compare two groups of 56 adults who had part of their lung removed: one gets standard breathing exercises, and the other gets those exercises plus acupuncture. The main goal is to see if the acupuncture group shows greater improvement in lung function tests one week after surgery.
