First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding acupuncture to standard care helps people with long-term neck pain. 75 adults with moderate to severe neck pain were split into two groups: one received usual care alone, the other usual care plus acupuncture. The goal was to see if the combination reduces pain more effectively and is worth the cost.
