Summary
This study tested whether acupuncture could relieve the stuffy nose caused by allergic rhinitis (hay fever). Researchers compared a specific acupuncture treatment plan to a standard allergy nasal spray (azelastine) over six weeks. The goal was to see if acupuncture could provide immediate and lasting relief for this common and bothersome symptom.
