Summary
This study is creating a questionnaire called the Active Health Behavior Scale for people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will test the scale on 600 adults to make sure it accurately measures how patients manage their health. The goal is to identify different patterns of behavior so doctors can offer more personalized support.
