Summary
This study looks at whether taking activated charcoal, often used for poisonings, can change certain blood test results. Eight healthy adults will take a dose of charcoal and have their blood drawn over several hours. The goal is to see if charcoal causes false readings in tests for a type of alcohol poisoning.
