First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a training program that teaches psychological flexibility (based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) can improve eating behaviors, reduce anxiety and depression, and change brain activity in university students. About 30 students from Mexicali will take part. The goal is to understand how the training affects their thoughts, feelings, and body, not to cure or treat any disease.
