Summary
This study tested whether a psychological therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) could help adults recovering from stem cell transplants. Participants received therapy, used activity trackers, and completed physical and mental health tests over three years. The goal was to see if this approach improved walking endurance and reduced time spent in the hospital.
