New therapy aims to ease severe premenstrual mood swings

Summary
This study is testing a virtual group therapy called ACT-PM for people with severe premenstrual mood symptoms, like PMDD or worsened depression before their period. About 50 participants will try the program to see if it's practical and well-liked. The goal is to gather information for a larger future study on whether this therapy can improve quality of life.
