Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, ACR246, in about 77 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the best dose for future studies. Participants will receive ACR246 and be closely monitored for side effects and how the drug moves through their body.
