Summary
This study watches how a new medication, acoramidis, works in daily life for people with a serious heart condition called ATTR-CM. Researchers will track up to 2,000 adults in Europe to see how the drug is used, how safe it is, and how it affects heart function and quality of life. The goal is to learn more about treating this rare disease outside of a controlled trial.
