Summary
This study tests a new cream called KR230109 for mild to moderate facial acne in 180 adults aged 18 to 40. The goal is to see if the cream safely reduces pimples and skin bumps compared to a placebo over 12 weeks. Participants will apply the cream and have their skin checked at several visits.
