Summary
This study will observe 200 people aged 18 to 25 with mild, moderate, or severe acne, plus healthy volunteers, in Singapore's tropical climate. Researchers will analyze skin bacteria, immune responses, and take facial photos to train an AI system to automatically count acne lesions and grade severity. No treatment is given; the goal is to better understand acne in this population and improve future care.
