New light gel combo could zap stubborn acne without antibiotics

Summary

This small pilot study will test a new type of light therapy for moderate-to-severe acne. A special gel is applied to the face, then red light is used to activate it. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe, tolerable, and effective for people who haven't had success with other acne therapies. Ten participants will receive multiple sessions over several weeks.
