First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at two types of exercises—dynamic stability drills and plyometric training—to see which better helps people regain full knee extension after ACL reconstruction. About 48 adults aged 20 to 40 with moderate knee extension lag will participate. Both groups will also receive standard physical therapy. The goal is to find the most effective way to improve knee function and reduce pain.
