New ACL surgery study tests if an internal brace helps athletes recover faster

Summary
This study looks at two ways to repair a torn ACL using a patient's own tendon. One group gets standard surgery, the other gets an extra internal brace for extra support. Researchers will track how quickly 200 people return to sports and how stable their knees stay over 10 years.
