Can your height predict your ACL graft size?
NCT ID NCT06769724
Summary
This study aims to find out if simple body measurements like height, weight, and leg size can help surgeons predict how much tendon tissue is available for ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will compare two different tendon sources (from the hamstring and calf) in 180 patients aged 18-45 with ACL tears. The goal is to help surgeons better plan surgery by knowing in advance how much graft material they'll have to work with.
