NCT ID NCT07475351

First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares two common ACL reconstruction techniques in 110 competitive athletes. One method uses a graft with a small piece of bone attached, the other uses tendon only. Researchers want to see which approach causes less pain at the graft site and leads to better knee function over two years. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two surgeries and followed for 24 months.
