First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at two different rehabilitation programs after surgery for a torn Achilles tendon. 48 men who had the injury were assigned to either early movement or traditional casting. The goal was to see if starting movement sooner could help improve muscle strength, tendon healing, and overall function. The results could help guide better recovery plans.
