Summary
This study tested whether taking an oral acerola (a type of cherry) juice powder can improve skin beauty in healthy women aged 30-60 who are regularly exposed to pollution and blue light. 108 women took either the acerola product or a placebo for 84 days. The main goal was to see if the powder made skin more translucent and radiant.
