Can a tropical cherry juice fight Pollution's effects on your skin?

NCT ID NCT07229131

Summary

This study tested whether a daily powder made from acerola (a tropical cherry) juice could improve skin appearance in women regularly exposed to pollution and blue light from screens. Over 84 days, researchers measured changes in skin radiance, firmness, and translucency in 108 healthy Chinese women, comparing the acerola powder to a placebo. The goal was to see if this natural supplement could help protect skin from common environmental stresses.
