Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests a new drug called acasunlimab, given alone or with pembrolizumab, in adults with advanced melanoma that worsened after standard treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants receive active treatment and are monitored closely for about 15 months.
