First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding acalabrutinib to standard rituximab therapy is safe and effective for people with nerve damage (neuropathy) linked to two blood conditions: IgM MGUS or Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia. The main goal is to see if the combination can lower a blood protein (IgM) that contributes to nerve symptoms. The trial enrolled 12 participants and is no longer recruiting.
