New hope for lymphoma patients who can't handle standard drug

Summary

This study tests a drug called acalabrutinib in people with mantle cell lymphoma who had to stop taking ibrutinib because of bad side effects. The goal is to see if acalabrutinib can shrink or control the cancer without causing the same problems. About 9 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will track how many respond and what side effects occur.
