Summary
This study looked at how work stress and burnout are connected to muscle and bone pain in university teachers and researchers. About 99 academic staff from Yalova University filled out surveys about their pain, stress, burnout, and work-life balance. The goal was to understand these links better, since past research focused more on physical factors like ergonomics.
