NCT ID NCT06899204
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at how well the oral medication abrocitinib works for people with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) who have already tried up to two biologic drugs without success or had side effects. About 150 participants aged 12 and older will be followed in real-world clinics across the U.S. to measure improvements in skin rash and itching. The goal is to provide better treatment options for those who have not found relief from other advanced therapies.
