First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study will test whether a high-tech simulation (using a realistic training room with an actor) helps medical and nursing students learn arterial blood gas testing better than a low-tech version (discussing a written case). About 36 early-career students will take part. The goal is to see which method improves knowledge, confidence, and teamwork skills.
