New hope for seniors: tolerability trial for advanced breast cancer drug

Summary
This study looks at how well older adults (70+) with hormone receptor positive metastatic breast cancer tolerate the drug abemaciclib after other treatments have stopped working. The main goal is to track side effects and see if the drug can be safely combined with hormone therapy. About 43 participants will be enrolled.
