Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, abemaciclib and ramucirumab, in people with advanced esophageal or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if this drug pair is safe and can help control tumor growth. The trial involves 8 participants whose tumors have not responded well to chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
