NCT ID NCT07599137

First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether starting abemaciclib at a lower dose and gradually increasing it can help patients with early high-risk HR+/HER2- breast cancer tolerate the drug better. The goal is to reduce side effects like diarrhea and fatigue, so more patients can complete their full treatment course. About 86 Chinese adults who have had breast cancer surgery will take part.
